User Agreement

The “user” defined as any individual on personal capacity or representing any other person or entity, accessing or browsing this website, app or any other portal owned by M/s Rikhi Techventure Private Limited.

The Company” defined as M/s Rikhi Techventure Private Limited.

• By clicking Sign Up, Join or login, the user/s  is/are confirming that they comply to the minimum age of 18 years and are legally eligible to enter into a contract.

• By clicking Sign Up, Join or login, the user/s  is/are entering into legal contract with The Company, agreeing to all terms and conditions of The Company.

• The above mentioned contract can be terminated by User by deleting the account. However during the entire tenor between clicking Sign Up, Join or login and deleting the account, User is a party to the contract.

• The Company will have full control over data provided by User or collected by Company in this website and app or any other portal owned by M/s Rikhi Techventures Private Limited.

• The User agrees to accept the privacy policy and Cookie policy of the company and its website/s, apps and other portals

• The user agrees to not disclose the login password with any other person, whatsoever.

• The user is legally responsible for all activities done in the website/portal/app from his/her/their account.

• The user will have intellectual rights on the content created on The company’s website/portal/app

• The user agree to receive all communication done by the company in any form.

• The Company allows The user/s to create content, post views, comment, react in the website/portal/app as a media portal, and holds no responsibility for contents whatsoever.

• The user agree to create profile with real and genuine identity and not for any other person.

• The user agree to keep the profile updated with genuine information.

• The User agrees to abide by data security policy of the company

• The User agrees to not input any kind of malicious data, program, virus or any other offensive content.

• The user will not violate intellectual rights of the company, and other users content on the website/portal/app

• The user agrees and confirms on not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:
  1. belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right;
  2. is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
  3. is harmful to child;
  4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
  5. violates any law for the time being in force;
  6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
  7. impersonates another person; 
  8. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation; 
  9. contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  10. is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;

• The company will have full rights to remove any content from the website/portal/app at its own discretion

• The user will not post any content which is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force.
